Omer Abugaida
Founder & Program Director
Omer founded Advanced Care to bridge the gap between individuals with developmental disabilities and the support they deserve. He is passionate about creating inclusive communities throughout Washington State and oversees all service programs to ensure each client receives personalized, high-quality support.
Pauline Howie
Program Coordinator
Pauline coordinates day-to-day program operations at Advanced Care, ensuring seamless service delivery and communication between families, providers, and state agencies. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care across all operations.
Hannah Bergstorm
Regional Program Coordinator (North Region)
Hannah leads program coordination across the North Region, connecting clients with local organizations, recreational activities, and community opportunities. She believes meaningful community participation is key to personal growth and independence.
Joseph Vasquez
Regional Program Coordinator (South Region)
Joseph oversees program coordination in the South Region, developing individualized care plans and ensuring clients receive comprehensive support. He is committed to creating inclusive environments that empower individuals to thrive.
